Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and charged as per the duration of stay.
All guests above 18 years of age, guest photo identification documents to be shown at check-in (Passport/Aadhar Card/Driver’s License/Voter ID). Passport & Visa mandatory for foreign nationals. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided.
Booking is not transferable without written consent from “Hotel”. Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

The IBNII is a Nature resort, hence walking is highly recommended to enjoy your holiday experience. However, if you still require a buggy, please give at least 30-40 minutes for the buggy service after the request is made.
The Resort does not have mobile coverage. However, there is Wi-Fi in the rooms and specific areas of the resort. To make outside calls please call Guest Relations.
Evenings may be cold hence warm clothes are recommended.
It is advisable to carry sneaker shoes as the resort is best explored on foot.
The IBNII is a minimal plastic zone. Hence we discourage all our guests to carry or bring in minimal plastic. Those that are brought will be collected at the front desk and returned to you at the time of check out.
Pets are strictly not allowed in the resort.
The IBNII is an eco-sensitive resort. We request you to respect Mother Nature and have an enriching holiday experience. Please avoid littering in the property.
Missing or damaged room amenities will be charged.
In alignment with our eco-friendly responsible tourism initiatives, we request that guests bring their own toothbrush, tooth paste, comb and shower cap. If it is required, the same can be provided at an additional cost.
